A system in which those holding power are chosen and moved ahead on the basis of their efforts, decisions, and achievements.

The contribution and integrity that each artist brings to both their art and our institute:

attendance, preparation, punctuality, communication, prioritization and enthusiasm,

determines the time and effort that we are going to put into the building of their career. In other words, the perks, and our extra efforts, will go to those who earn them. We want to help; effort, enthusiasm and integrity are fairly rewarded.

What we do is designed to be the most efficient path to ownership and innateness.

We know, through our own experiences, and bearing witness to the magnificent achievements of others, what it means to pour one’s heart and soul into an endeavor, and earning a consequent high level of ownership. Creating things that endure, things that really matter, takes time and dedication.

It is our belief that one of the most important components in determining an actor’s success is order of operations. Conversely, one of the biggest mistakes we see young actors make is putting the cart before the horse. Order of operations is a specific and well thought out game plan for when to: take classes, get head shots, shoot demo reel, showcase for casting, find an agent/manager, join the unions, engage in a social media campaign, etc. 

A young actor is far more likely to save a ton of time, money and heartache by entering the marketplace at the right time and with well-crafted tools; when a wise game plan is organized and implemented. Additionally, and in recognition of this ideal, the Innate Acting Matrix that we coach and employ is designed to be purposefully sequential.

Perhaps one of the most overlooked and or underutilized variables that will most-certainly impact the success of an actor is paradigms.

A foundational, trusted belief system that both consciously and sub-consciously inspires thoughts, words and behaviors in a particular direction and or towards a particular ideal.

Our institute operates on a set of foundational paradigms that we believe foster success. It is our intention that the actors who work with our coaching team adopt these paradigms and expand upon them in their own unique ways.

Our proprietary dualistic-methodologies, and the Innate Acting Matrix, are all designed to propel the actor’s evolution on a steep trajectory. Everything we do, including our Innate Audition Solution, reinforces the key skill-sets, executable habits, and innate awarenesses that we believe are essential.

IAI actors experience professional success as they concurrently and ontologically evolve their instruments and their craft, to greater and greater mastery.

It is often said that you can tell a lot about a person’s character when the chips are down. It is our firm belief that an enduring acting career is much like the dialectic, a path that

includes many ascending triadic layers: theses, antitheses and syntheses.

We strive to assist the actor, both as an artist and as a person, to learn to navigate the

dialectical pathway, placing great importance on what we call, “antithesis management:” how well and in what ways, the actor as the character, and the self-same person doing the acting, deals with the challenges that are a necessary part of their successful evolving quest.
